2.3 Persons who do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.1 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the swert77 platform. Any account opened in breach of these requirements is void and all funds in such account may be forfeited.

3.1 Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the swert77 platform. Opening, operating, or being associated with multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your swert77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. swert77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify swert77 support immediately at [email protected].

4.1 swert77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may be subject to processing times as stated within the platform.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded on swert77 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 8.3 Upon legitimate account closure at a player's own request, swert77 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility criteria) to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

8.4 Accounts closed due to verified fraud, AMLA breaches, or material breach of these Terms are not entitled to return of any balance.

9.1 All content on the swert77 platform — including but not limited to the swert77 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, interface design, text, and multimedia content — is the property of swert77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

9.3 Any unauthorized use of swert77's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
